I get it, I really do, they are can be a tad annoying. But the biggest hurdle that everyone who wants to better themselves in the new year have to face are the people who frequent the gym the other 11 months of the year. Everyone wants to start new, start fresh, make amends for their junk food eating antics of 2013. You know, as far as fitness and nutrition goals are concerned, the New Year is such an interesting time. ![]()
